Audi RS6 Avant Vorsprung (2022)

The fourth-generation Audi RS6 utilises the venerable 4.0-litre twin turbo V8 providing 592bhp and a thumping 590lbft of torque through its 8-speed automatic transmission. Belying its size, the RS6 is blisteringly fast. 0-60 is dispatched in just 3.6 seconds, 0-124 mph in 12 seconds and whilst limited to 155mph as standard, the optional Vorsprung pack raises that to 174mph.

With Audi’s Quattro permanent 4WD, its possible to make use of the power in all weather conditions. The updated technology sees cylinder-deactivation, a coasting mode and four-wheel steering added to the package.

Whilst Audi may not have been the first to market with the fast estate formula, the RS2 is certainly the one that springs to mind first. Audi’s first ‘RS’ model, the RS2 was co-developed with help from Porsche and as such, borrowed a wealth of parts including a 6-speed manual gearbox, brake and wheel package and uprated engine. This was the first time the world saw the Nogaro Blue hue.

This example was supplied new to its sole keeper on 27th January 2022 in the Audi Exclusive paint finish of Nogaro Blue over upgraded full-leather interior in Cognac brown leather and Granite grey stitching.

This example is in Vorsprung specification meaning the addition of 22-inch alloy wheels, RS Sports Suspension Plus with Dynamic Ride Control, a top speed increase to 174mph, gloss black exterior styling pack and a panoramic glass roof.

Additionally this example is optioned with brake callipers in red gloss, carbon fibre twill inserts and towbar preparation. Having covered 18,000 miles from new, this single owner RS6, in the desirable historical Nogaro Blue hue is available at our showrooms just outside London immediately.
