Bentley Continental GT3-R (2015)

After the success of the Bentley Continental GT3 Endurance racer in its maiden year, Bentley developed the track focused Bentley GT3-R alongside Bentley Motorsport.

What could be considered as the most uncompromised road car ever produced by Bentley, the GT3-R is a fusion of 95 years of Bentley's racing heritage used to turn the luxury focused Bentley Continental in to a car worthy of the daring 'GT3' label.

Bentley's familiar Twin Turbo 4.0 V8 has been tuned to make 572bhp and 516lb torque. Sharing the same 4 wheel drive system with the Continental V8 S and using a power split of 40/60% front to rear in combination with a shorter ratio final drive, the GT3-R can now dispatch 0 to 62mph in just 3.6 seconds making its weight disadvantage almost unnoticeable. The cars pneumatic sprung, adaptive damping suspension and stability control systems have also been retuned allowing this Bentley to be the first to utilise torque vectoring via the brakes.

The carbon clad GT3-R has been through a weight saving process inside and out. On the inside using carbon door cards, lighter front seats and altogether removing the rear seats. On the outside using a Titanium Exhaust system with a 7kg weight saving alone, machine forged lightweight wheels and carbon ceramic brakes.

This LHD example was built as one of just 300 in a very limited run of race inspired Continentals and supplied by Bentley Dusseldorf in October 2015. It is presented in Glacier White with Green and Black Racing Livery Decals. The weight reduced interior is appointed in a Black Hide with striking Green highlights, as are the all new lightweight carbon door cards with Alcantara centres and Green stitching. Other extras include a 6 disc CD changer, English written manuals and a rear parking camera.

Today the car shows delivery mileage of just 220 Kms and is presented in equal condition to the day it left the factory. Supplied with its spare key, all tools and all books as well as additional English written books.
